GFCF Chicken in a Pot

I used to cook this in a Reynolds baking bag but no long use those. I now just cook it in my Le Creuset Dutch oven

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
4-6 organic chicken breasts with skin.
4-6 small potatoes quartered (leave skin on) – you can also use fingerling potatoes
4 large organic carrots, cut into chunks
1 large yellow onion, quartered
Seasoning: Basil, Thyme, Seasoned Salt, Garlic Powder Paprika, Sea Salt and Black Pepper – 1 teas of each, except pepper - only add ½ teas black pepper.
Mix seasoning with 2 TBL of gluten free all-purpose flour and mix with chicken and vegetables in Dutch oven.
Add ½ cup of purified water. Mix again.

Cover with lid and place in oven for one hour.

Serve with salad.

For those cleansing, skip the potatoes and eat brown rice or quinoa with this instead.
