Aunti Gluten’s GF Bread

Aunti Gluten’s GF Bread

I’ve become somewhat of a gluten free (GF) bread connoisseur. It’s not that I consume bread regularly. I would blow up to 200 pounds again quickly if I did but bread is definitely one of my “comfort foods” and there are just times when I’ve got to have it. When I do, it needs to be close to perfect. I mean it should have that gluten bread feel texture and smell otherwise, it’s not worth the calories to me. I actually use different types of GF bread for different purposes. The Old Spaghetti Factory – Restaurant Review

This was my first trip to the Old Spaghetti Factory. Of course when I heard that they have both gluten free pasta and a cable car for the kids to dine in, I had to go check it out. I was impressed immediately when I informed the waiter at Eddie Papa’s that we are gluten and dairy free and he actually knew what to do. He went over the menu with us clearly educated on the menu’s gluten free options and knew exactly how to handle our table. The only question he could not answer was if the hot dogs on the menu...

Besides the fact that this store is seven minutes from my house, I was excited about the prospect of doing all my shopping under one roof. If you’re a GFCF eater, you know that shopping at one store would be pure luxury. Having gluten and non-gluten eaters in my house, I have to hit at least five to six stores to get all my shopping done. I read that this Safeway store was intended...
