I have gained many new followers in the past six months so I thought it would be fun to do a review of the top 10 gluten-free product reviews of 2013. I look forward to what 2014 brings us. 1) Luce’s Gluten-Free Artisan Bread Mix I’m not sure I’ll ever stop raving about this bread. I can’t tell you how many people have almost cried in front of me trying this bread for the first time. It’s amazing and that’s all I’m going to say about it. Gluten Free Allergen Free Expo | San Francisco 2014

Gluten Free Allergen Free Expo | San Francisco 2014

If you have been following my blog for almost a year, you may remember my post on the Gluten Free Allergen Free Expo (GFAF) from 2013. It was the first time the expo exhibited in the San Francisco area and it was amazing. The place was packed! I met so many great people…bloggers, local GF bakeries and food manufacturers. Now, when it came to changing Sam’s diet at 2-1/2 years (after his autism diagnosis), which included removing gluten, dairy, soy, egg, color dye, all additives and preservatives and switching to...

Gluten-free dining at the San Francisco Giants game

Gluten-free dining at the San Francisco Giants game

Every year the Giants dedicate a game to autism awareness and donates a portion of the proceeds to Autism Speaks, an organization, “dedicated to funding research into the causes, prevention, treatments and a cure for autism; increasing awareness of autism spectrum disorders; and advocating for the needs of individuals with autism and their families.” I recently heard that AT&T Park now has gluten-free hot dogs so we were super psyched to go. The last time I went to...
